1. No Data Collection

SelfBizz does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or solo-use data on external servers. All information is stored locally on your device and remains under your full control.

2.Purpose of Information Input (e.g., Tax Number)

Certain fields in the app allow users to enter business or tax-related information (like GST number or invoice number) strictly for display on invoices and local record-keeping.
This data is:

• Not shared with us or any third party

• Not used for identification or verification

• Not uploaded, tracked, or transmitted

3. Payment & Auto-Renewable Subscription Information

SelfBizz offers auto-renewable in-app subscriptions via Apple’s secure payment system. We do not store or access your card or payment details.

Available Subscription Plans:

For Indian Customers:

• Weekly: Rs. 49

• Monthly: Rs. 149

• Yearly: Rs 1999

For International Customers:

• Weekly: $1.99

• Monthly: $4.99

• Yearly: $49.99

Important Notes:

• Subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

4. Permissions

The app may request permission to access local device resources (e.g., storage, photos) only to support invoice saving, sharing, or exporting. No data is accessed beyond what’s required for app functionality.

5. Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics or Firebase. All insights and analysis happen locally on your device based on your entered data.

6. Security

Because all data is stored locally, it's your responsibility to secure your device using system tools like passcodes, biometrics, or encryption.

7. Third-Party Services

SelfBizz does not integrate with third-party services for data storage or user analytics.

8. Children’s Privacy

SelfBizz is not designed for children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be made available through the app. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

11. iCloud Sync and Restore

SelfBizz optionally allows you to back up and restore your data using Apple iCloud, which is:

• Only enabled by user action through app settings

• Handled via Apple’s secure iCloud framework

• Stored and managed entirely by Apple—SelfBizz does not access, view, or process your iCloud data

• Used only to sync your data across your Apple devices

iCloud Sync is optional and can be disabled anytime in the app. If not enabled, your data remains only on your device.
