These are some of the tasks that co-teachers could work on while students are working on their self-paced units. Remember, these roles can be reversed or changed based on teacher preferences and comfort levels.

General Education Teacher

Help Desk: troubleshoot issues and support students
Provide feedback on student progress in unit

Special Education Teacher

Re-teach concepts in small groups
Confer with students about progress
Work on targeted intervention and support
Provide modifications or accommodations
Give feedback to students as they work
