Do you always feel calm at school? Most likely, you have experienced an overwhelming emotion at school (stress, anger, anxiety, etc). Explain a time when you did not feel calm at school. What happened? What did you do about it?
3. Discuss with a partner:
Together, create an imaginary scenario that would trigger an overwhelming emotion.
