From arrival to kimono selection, coordination, and in-salon photography, the experience takes approximately 40–50 minutes.
Upon return, changing and inspection of rental items require approximately 15–20 minutes.
■ 時間はどのくらいかかりますか？
来店から、着物選び、コーディネート、サロン内撮影で40～50分程度です。お戻りは、着替え、貸し出し品のチェックで15～20分程度です。
We regret that we are unable to allow entry to accompanying guests who are not participating in the rental experience.
■ レンタル利用しない付き添い入店できる？
申し訳ございません。お付き添いの方の入店はお断りしております
Our salon is located near Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, which is directly connected to the underground walkway system, allowing convenient movement with minimal exposure to rain or snow.
Only in cases of severe, disaster-level weather conditions will cancellations be accepted without charge.
■ 雪の日はどうなりますか？
当サロンは地下街に直結するアーケード商店街「狸小路」のすぐそばなので、雨雪に影響しにくい環境で移動できます。
災害級の天候の場合のみ、無料キャンセル扱いとなります。
Shoes are available at the salon; however, sizes and quantities are limited.
We recommend wearing your own comfortable boots.
■ 靴は？
サロンにもご用意してますが、サイズや数に限りがございます。
ご自身で履きなれたブーツを履いてきてください。
For the upper body, we recommend a sports bra or bra top.
For the lower body, tights or leggings are advisable.
■ 下着は？
上はスポーツブラや、ブラトップなどがおすすめです。
下はタイツやスパッツを履いてきていただくのをおすすめします。
We provide lace collars and similar accessories; however, during colder seasons, we recommend wearing your own turtleneck or high-neck sweater or top underneath for added warmth.

当サロンでもレースのつけ襟などのご用意がありますが、寒い時期はご自身で
タートルネック・ハイネックのセーターやカットソーを着ておくと暖かいです。

Please arrive with your hair and makeup completed.
Both up-styles and down-styles coordinate beautifully with our kimono. Hats and ribbons are available for styling.
We provide space for makeup touch-ups and a hair iron for finishing adjustments.
■ ヘアメイクは？
事前にヘアメイクを済ませてサロンにお越しください。アップスタイルでも、ダウンスタイルでもどちらもかわいくコーディネートできます。帽子やリボンもご用意しております。メイク直しのスペースと仕上げ用のヘアアイロンのご用意がございます。
As fragrance may remain on the garments, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfume on the day of your visit.
■ 香水はＮＧ？
香水は衣装に香りが残ってしまいますのでサロン来店日はお控えください。
Our rental items are generally suitable for adults between approximately 155 cm and 170 cm in height.
Children’s sizes are not available.
■ サイズは？ 大人の方の155～170センチ程度の身長でレンタル品をご用意しております。子供用サイズはご用意ございません。
Innerwear
We recommend warm undergarments for both upper and lower body.
Upper body: A lightweight sweater can be worn under the kimono. A turtleneck may also be styled as part of the coordination.
Lower body: Thick tights or leggings are recommended. A knit skirt may also be worn under the hakama, provided the waist area does not become bulky.
Outerwear
A shawl or poncho will help keep you warm while outdoors.
Please note that the salon only provides lace gloves; we recommend bringing your own warm gloves for winter protection.
■ 真冬の防寒対策は？
》下着編
上下とも、温かな下着がおすすめです。
上： 薄手のセーターの上から着付けできますし
タートルネックでしたら、そのまま着物にコーディネートもできます。
下： 厚手のタイツ、レギンスなど。ウエストがかさばらないものであればニットのスカートを袴の下に履くこともできます。
》上着編
ショールやポンチョがあれば外出時も温かに過ごせます。
サロンではレースの手袋しかご用意がありませんので、防寒のための手袋はご用意ください。
We can store your belongings during your rental period.
Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Kindly note that staff may be temporarily absent from the salon during your sightseeing time, and the salon will be locked. In such cases, access to stored belongings will not be possible until your scheduled return time.
■ 手荷物は？
お手荷物はサロンでお預かり可能です。貴重品についてはご自身で管理してください。ただしお戻り予定時間までの間、サロンスタッフ不在になる場合があり、その際はサロンを施錠しますのでお手荷物を取りにお戻りになることはできません。

■ 返却時間を過ぎそうなときは？
サロンに至急ご連絡ください。延滞金については利用規約のとおりです。

Please select from the items available in the salon upon your arrival.
Due to cleaning and maintenance schedules, certain designs may not be available, even at the earliest appointment of the day.
■ きものの予約はできる？
申し訳ありません。ご来店されたときに、店頭にご用意しているものの中からお選びください。クリーニングや補修の関係上、朝いちばんでもご希望の着物がない場合もございます。
