Extra Time / Overtime
Employees are to work their FTE (hours) weekly. If you attend an approved and/or required training/meeting that extends past your normal work hours (agreed upon between you and your Supervisor, and in accordance with your FTE), be sure to fill out the online ET/OT Form to be fairly compensated for your time beyond your normal work hours.
Classroom Coverage
If you are a SEIU member with a teacher permit you are entitled to be paid a “Premium Rate,” or half your hourly rate for covering for a teacher for more than 30 minutes. Please read the instructions below on how to complete the steps to ensure you're paid fairly, then fill out the ET/OT Form accordingly.
