Call for paper SEHO ASSA Washington, 2027

Please notice that papers already under submission for presentation at the AEA 2027 Washington cannot be submitted also to the SEHO AEA session! Only submit to us your paper if you or your coauthors have not already submitted your paper to the AEA or other allied AEA associations, such as CSWEP, IAFFE, etc etc  as the same paper cannot be presented twice at the AEA conference!  

Also, please notice that the author presenting the paper must be an AEA member with updated AEA membership status by earlyJune 2026, once we will inform you that your paper is selected.  

Please do not submit anything if you do not plan to attend the AEA or are unsure about that!  Also notice that SEHO does not have any funds to sponsor your travel and accommodation to the AEA or the AEA conference fees. Please do not submit anything if you cannot fund your AEA participation.  The SEHO AEA session must be submitted to the AEA in June 2026 and any paper withdrawn later on cannot be replaced anymore. 

If you would like to submit your paper for presentation at the SEHO session of the American Economic Association annual conference, in Washington, 3-5 January 2027, please let Elena Stancanelli^psemail.eu know by email, specifying: 

1_the title of your paper

2_at least 3 JEL keywords, and 3 free keywords for your paper;

3_a 300 words max, summary of your paper; 

4_one short sentence describing your paper;  

5_the name, affiliation, and email of the author who would  present it at the AEA conference;

6__the name, affiliation, and email of all the other authors. 

Please submit the above information by email by the 10th of May 2026, at the latest. The four selected papers for the SEHO AEA session will be informed of the decision by May 30th at the latest.
