We kindly encourage you to take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions to ensure a clear and mutual understanding before we embark on our business journey together. Your thorough review is greatly appreciated and will help us establish a successful partnership.

Herewith, the Terms and Conditions:

1. Terms and Conditions (Contract)

The terms and conditions are legally binding, meaning both parties are obligated to fulfil their agreed-upon responsibilities. By buying from us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms and conditions, and any breach may result in legal consequences.

2.          Scope of Work

Artwork

§  At SEHLI DESIGNS, we ensure that you own something truly special and one-of-a-kind. Each ready-made painting is a unique creation, carefully crafted with meaning and depth. To maintain this artistic integrity, we personally select the buyers for the artwork, ensuring that every piece finds a home where it is truly valued and appreciated. This approach allows the art to resonate deeply with its owners, making it more than just a decorative piece but a meaningful addition to their space. We offer free delivery on all orders, making it easy and convenient to receive your artwork. With a simple, once-off payment, there are no hidden fees or recurring costs, allowing you to enjoy your new art hassle-free. Please note that orders placed after closing time on a Thursday will only be delivered the following week. 

Devotionals

§  In addition to creating artwork and architectural designs, SEHLI DESIGNS also produces devotionals, printables, and in-depth studies that offer spiritual insight and reflection. These products align with the biblical themes found in the art, providing a deeper connection and meaning to each piece. Through them, SEHLI DESIGNS aims to inspire faith and personal growth, combining creativity with spiritual encouragement 

3.              Rates and Service Fees

Artworks

Please note that our pricing is calculated proportionally based on the physical dimensions of the paper used. For

example, if an A0 size print is priced at $800, larger or smaller formats will be priced in direct proportion to their

surface area relative to A0.

 
§   SEHLI DESIGNS charges the following standard prices for custom art pieces on CANVAS. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order:

• A0 = N$ 800

• A1 = N$ 720

• A2 = N$ 650

• A3 = N$ 550

• A4 = N$ 420

§  SEHLI DESIGNS charges the following standard prices for custom art pieces on PAPER. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order:

• A0 = N$ 550

• A1 = N$ 500

• A2 = N$ 450

• A3 = N$ 380

• A4 = N$ 280

§  SEHLI DESIGNS charges a standard rate of N$ 400 per square meter for all wall MURALS excluding paint. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is required upon completion of the project.

Devotionals

§  SEHLI DESIGNS offers devotionals, printables and in-depth studies for FREE download. These devotionals come in PDF format.

4.              Correspondence

§  All correspondence will be handled on our email address: sehlidesigns@gmail.com. Clients are encouraged to use this platform to maintain record of all correspondence and transactions.

§  Clients are encouraged to respond/reply in the same thread of emails to avoid confusion of communication.

5.              Lay-Buy Solution for Paintings:

Deposit:

§  A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required to secure the painting. 

§ The lay-buy plan is available for a 6-month period. 

§ Customers are required to submit a certified copy not older than 6 months of their ID/Passport/Driver's license upon payment for lay-buy. Failure to submit a copy will result in an unsuccessful purchase. 

Monthly Payments:

§ The remaining balance, after the deposit, is divided into six equal monthly payments. 

§  Payments are due on the same date each month, starting from the date the deposit is made. 

Cancellation Policy: 

§  The initial deposit is non-refundable. 

§  If the lay-buy agreement is cancelled before full payment is made, no refund of payments will be made. 

Painting Delivery

§  The painting will only be delivered once full payment has been received. 

§  If payments are not completed within the agreed lay-buy period, SEHLI DESIGNS reserves the right to retain the artwork and cancel the agreement as per the cancellation policy. 

Early Payoff Discount 

§  Clients may receive a 5% discount on the remaining balance if the full payment is made before the end of the 6-month period.  

By entering into a lay-buy agreement with SEHLI DESIGNS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. 

6.              Payments

§  A once-off payment is required for ready-made paintings unless lay-buy solution is selected. A once-off payment is required for devotionals. There are no credit or lay-buy solutions for custom art, murals and devotionals.

§ A 50% deposit is required for custom paintings, custom art and murals. This allows SEHLI DESIGNS to confirm your order and to allocate resources to the product.

§  Clients are encouraged to maintain the use of reference codes for payments as provided by SEHLI DESIGNS.

§  All proof of payments must be forwarded to SEHLI DESIGN’s email address. We will confirm proof of payment by issuing you a receipt.

§  SEHLI DESIGNS only accepts payments through E-Wallet (FNB), EasyWallet (Bank Windhoek) & BlueWallet/PayPulse (Standard Bank). No cash will be accepted.

§  SEHLI DESIGNS does not charge Value Added Tax on products.

§  SEHLI DESIGNS does NOT offer refunds.

7.              Time & Schedule:

Kindly note that SEHLI DESIGNS does not operate on a fixed production schedule. You will be notified upon completion of your artwork, with deliveries scheduled exclusively on Thursdays between 09H00 to 12H00. 

8.              Additional Information:

§  SEHLI DESIGNS reserves the right to use artworks and designs for public promotion on its website and social media platforms.

§ All designs by SEHLI DESIGNS are protected under Namibian laws. Unauthorized copying, resale, or sharing of our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our intellectual property.
