For this assignment, you will run a series of codes using your google earth engine account or python to explore and perform either spatial or non-spatial analysis on the air, surface temperature and cloud observations taken during the 2017 and 2024 Solar Eclipse Event in the United States. Here is the link to the datasets. Please, keep in mind that you will have to choose your study area for the analysis. Once you are done, grab a screenshot of your codes and final maps or graphs, describe the area and what it is showing, and submit that as Assignment #7

For this assignment, utilize the Resources and links provided below. Following the instructions, obtain screenshots of your work and turn them in as Assignment - QGIS, Part 1.
A) Review Femi's document called QGIS Tutorial 1 and then download the QGIS software on your computer (the link is provided within the tutorial) and install Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin (SCP). Once you've downloaded the software, display the QGIS Menu page on your personal computer and obtain a screenshot. Then, play around with the menu pages and start to get familiar with the menu icons.
B) Review QGIS Tutorial 2, then go to USGS Earth Explorer and zoom in to your area of interest. Download a Landsat 8 OLI Imagery for your area and take a screenshot. Following Femi's QGIS Tutorial 1 document.
