The safety of Seekers Campers is our first priority. We also want to minimize disruptions to the Camp Program. For these reasons, we ask that Camp Visitors follow this policy:
Camp Visitors must have prior permission from Camp Directors to be on-site during the following windows of time:
- From 6:30PM on the first Sunday of Camp to 11:00AM on Sabbath.
- From 7:00PM on Sabbath to 6:00AM on the following Sunday morning.
At least 24 hours before arrival, please notify the Camp Directors by e-mail or phone noting arrival time, duration of stay, and requested meals.
We welcome Camp Visitors on Sunday (the first day of Camp) from 3:00PM to 6:30PM and on Sabbath from 11:00AM to 7:00PM. While a 24-hour notice of your intent to visit is still requested during these times, if circumstances don’t allow a 24-hour notice, simply notify Camp Directors as soon as possible.
Day-use fee for Camp Visitors
Sis-Q Meadows Camp requires a Day-Use Fee of $10.00 per person for Camp Visitors on-site more than four hours.
Meals for Camp Visitors
Dinner will be the first meal served on Sunday at 5:30 pm. Please notify Camp Directors in advance if you plan to eat with us. Meal cost is $2.00 per person.
Overnight Stay for Camp Visitors*
Overnight stay is restricted to Sunday and Saturday nights only and is limited to available accommodations. Please make arrangements with the Camp Directors at least 48 hours in advance. Sis-Q Meadows Camp requires a Lodging Fee of $15.00 per person per night for overnight stay.
* Please note: Camp fees and the meal cost described above are incurred between the first and last Sunday of Seekers Camp. Please support Sis-Q Meadows Camp and Seekers Camp by diligently covering the cost of your visit and meals. Payment for all fees (Day-Use, Meal and Lodging) should be made to “Seekers Camp” and given to the Camp Directors.
