The idea of providing quality education for everyone in the Iscos community came from Mrs. Haydee Muñoz Rivadeneira, daughter of landowners in the province of Huancayo, Peru. Being a descendant of Europeans, she had the privilege that not many had in the 1900's, Education. Her desire to help children in her community led her to teach classes outdoors, traveling on horseback for kilometers under unpredictable weather conditions. Their perseverance and dedication gave positive results to the children, it was so noticeable and beneficial to the community that the parents later joined the classes, resulting in the reduction of illiteracy in their community. Married Gregorio Salcedo a military officer, She had nine children of whom the following continued her legacy.

From a very early age, he understood that education is a very important basis for humanity within society since it is always in constant evolution. later on in life back in the early 70s he migrated to Venezuela where he unfortunately tragically lost his life.

Thanks to her father who was in the military, she developed a strong and disciplined character, which helped her cope with the rough edges of life later on in life. always fighting against injustice, defending noble causes, and standing by the side of the ones in a vulnerable position. Moving to the United States gave her a different perspective on living which showed a huge difference from her home country.

As a young man, he dedicated his life to studying administration, unfortunately, the separation of his parents led to many events, and ultimately migrated to Venezuela in the late 80s and from there to the United States without finishing his career, after some family issues he came back to Peru in the early 90s, and with the help of his mother and family he ventures into education, it was the lack of values in his community schools that push him to create the private school.
Raul Salcedo Muñoz, the youngest child of Heydee Salcedo, graduated as a teacher and specialized in history, co-founded the private school, helping his brother with most of the paperwork needed to get it running and working at no time. Since both brothers knew some administration, facilitated the bureaucratic issue by the Peruvian government, later, Raul also ventured to open a private school in the Callao district. Unfortunately, some family misunderstanding forced him to close it. Dedicating his time to work in Lima as a historian and geography teacher. Lived most of his life in the Peruvian capital where he married, had three children, and retired, now is contributing to the NGDO in promoting an educational project.
