This VIP Membership Agreement / Subscription Agreement ("Subscription Agreement") governs VIP memberships, auto-renewing subscriptions, Stars virtual currency, private content unlock points or credits, virtual gifts, private photo and video unlocks, and other paid digital items offered through Seeu.
This Subscription Agreement forms part of the Seeu Terms of Service. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any paid feature, you agree to this Subscription Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, the CSAE Policy, and all applicable Google Play Billing rules.

Seeu may offer paid products and features, including:
VIP membership subscriptions;
Stars virtual currency;
Private photo/video unlock points or credits;
Private photo and private video unlock features;
Virtual gifts;
Store packages;
Other digital items, benefits, or premium features shown in the app.
The exact price, billing period, benefits, product details, and applicable terms will be displayed in the app before purchase.
Seeu may offer VIP membership plans with the following billing periods:
1-month plan;
3-month plan;
6-month plan.
VIP membership benefits may vary by plan, region, app version, promotional offer, or feature availability. The specific benefits shown on the purchase page at the time of purchase apply to your subscription.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or replace VIP benefits from time to time, provided that we do so in a manner consistent with applicable law and platform rules.
VIP subscriptions purchased through Google Play Billing are auto-renewing subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout.
By purchasing a VIP subscription, you authorize Google Play to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period and at each renewal until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the same billing period unless you cancel it through Google Play before the renewal date.
Deleting your Seeu account, logging out, or uninstalling Seeu does not automatically cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your Seeu VIP subscription through Google Play subscription management.
General cancellation path:
Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Seeu > Cancel subscription
After cancellation, you will generally continue to have access to VIP benefits until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise required by Google Play rules or applicable law.
Seeu cannot guarantee cancellation if you only delete your account, uninstall the app, log out, stop using the Service, or contact support without completing the Google Play cancellation process.
Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds are subject to Google Play refund policies and applicable law.
In general:
Subscription fees are billed by Google Play;
Refund requests may need to be submitted through Google Play;
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period;
Used virtual items, spent Stars, consumed unlock points or credits, sent gifts, and unlocked private photos or videos are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved through Google Play;
Seeu may be unable to issue refunds directly for Google Play transactions unless Google Play tools, platform rules, or applicable law allow it.
VIP membership, Stars, gifts, private content unlocks, unlock points, credits, and other paid features do not guarantee:
More matches;
More replies;
More profile views;
Higher popularity;
Trending placement;
Successful conversations;
Any specific user response;
Any offline meeting;
Any romantic, social, financial, or personal outcome.
Paid features provide access to digital functionality only.
Stars are virtual items used within Seeu. Stars may be used for app features such as sending gifts, unlocking available features, or other digital interactions where available.
Stars:
Are licensed, not sold;
Have no cash value;
Are not money, currency, property, securities, stored value, or financial instruments;
Cannot be redeemed for cash;
Cannot be sold, traded, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn outside Seeu;
May be deducted when used for eligible features;
May be lost if your account is deleted, suspended, banned, or terminated.
Unauthorized resale, transfer, manipulation, or exploitation of Stars is prohibited.
Private content unlock points or credits may be used to unlock eligible private photos or videos within Seeu.
Unlock points or credits:
Are digital items licensed for use only within Seeu;
May be consumed when used to unlock eligible private content;
Do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or satisfaction of any user-generated content;
Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside Seeu;
May be lost if your account is deleted, suspended, banned, or terminated.
Users are responsible for the private media they upload or unlock. Seeu may remove media, restrict access, reverse access, or take enforcement action if content violates our policies or applicable law.
Seeu may allow users to send virtual gifts using Stars or other Store items.
Virtual gifts:
Are entertainment features only;
Have no cash value;
Do not create ownership rights;
Cannot be exchanged for money;
Do not guarantee that the recipient will respond or interact with you;
May be restricted, reversed, removed, or disabled if connected to fraud, abuse, exploitation, harassment, safety risks, or policy violations.
You must not use gifts to harass, pressure, exploit, manipulate, groom, coerce, or solicit illegal activity.
Prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, plan, promotion, tax, platform rules, or Google Play settings.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, mobile carrier charges, internet charges, currency conversion fees, or payment provider fees.
We may change prices or plans from time to time. Where required, price changes for subscriptions will be handled according to Google Play rules and applicable law.
If a subscription renewal payment fails, Google Play may retry payment, pause access, cancel the subscription, or take other action according to Google Play rules.
Seeu may suspend or remove VIP benefits if payment is not completed, is reversed, is refunded, is charged back, or is suspected of fraud.
If you delete your Seeu account, you may lose access to VIP benefits, Stars, gifts, private content unlocks, unlock points, credits, and other paid features associated with that account.
If your account is suspended, banned, or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, CSAE Policy, Community Guidelines, payment rules, or applicable law, you may lose access to paid features, virtual items, Stars, gifts, unlock points, credits, and VIP benefits without refund, except where required by law.
Deleting your Seeu account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel through Google Play to stop future billing.
We may restrict, suspend, terminate, reverse, or cancel paid features if we detect or suspect:
Fraudulent purchases;
Chargebacks or payment disputes;
Unauthorized payment activity;
Abuse of Stars, gifts, unlock points, credits, private content unlocks, subscriptions, or Store systems;
Attempts to manipulate pricing, balances, benefits, or transactions;
Use of paid features for harassment, scams, grooming, exploitation, spam, or illegal activity;
Violations of our Terms of Service, CSAE Policy, or Community Guidelines.
We may modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or limit paid features, Store items, Stars, gifts, unlock points, credits, private content unlocks, VIP benefits, or subscription offerings where permitted by law.
If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will handle the change according to applicable law and platform rules.
