You may delete your account in the app:
Settings > Delete Account
When you confirm deletion, the app will call the account deletion function and clear your local session. Your account will be deleted or disabled from active use, and you will be logged out.
If you cannot access the app or want help with data deletion, contact:
connectwjd@stratogenceinc.com
Please include:
The email address linked to your Seeu account;
Your user ID or username, if available;
A description of the data you want deleted;
Any information needed to verify that you own the account.
We may request additional verification before processing your request.
Depending on available features, you may be able to edit or delete certain data directly in the app, including:
Profile details;
Avatar or profile media;
Album content;
Certain Feed posts or topic posts;
Certain replies or interactions;
Notification settings;
Account settings.
Some records, such as transaction records, user reports, moderation records, safety logs, and enforcement records, may not be editable or deletable through user settings.
When you delete your account, we will delete or disable from active use information associated with your account, such as:
Account profile;
User homepage;
Profile and album content;
Active app settings;
Public profile visibility;
Certain user-generated content;
Certain chat, media, and private content access linked to your account.
Some information may remain where retention is necessary for lawful, safety, security, or operational reasons.
We may retain limited information after a deletion request when necessary for:
Legal compliance;
Tax, accounting, purchase, refund, and transaction records;
Google Play Billing records;
Fraud prevention;
Chargeback prevention;
Security investigations;
Moderation and enforcement history;
Ban evasion prevention;
CSAE, CSAM, underage user, exploitation, harassment, scam, or abuse investigations;
Dispute resolution;
Protection of users, Seeu, and the public;
Backup and disaster recovery for a limited period.
Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Deleting your data or account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
You must cancel active subscriptions through Google Play:
Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Seeu > Cancel subscription
We may retain purchase and transaction records where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, refund, platform compliance, or legal purposes.
You may disable push notifications through your device settings or in-app settings where available.
Even if push notifications are disabled, we may still provide important account, safety, legal, purchase, or policy notices by in-app message, email, or other reasonable means.
You may manage app permissions through your device settings.
If you disable permissions:
Camera features may not work;
Photo or video upload features may not work;
Voice messages may not work;
Voice calls or video calls may not work;
Report evidence upload may be limited.
Changing permissions does not automatically delete content you previously uploaded, posted, sent, or made available. To request deletion, use in-app deletion tools where available or contact us.
Seeu does not request GPS, precise location, approximate device location, or contacts permission.
If this changes in the future, we will update our Privacy Policy and permission disclosures as required by applicable law and platform requirements.
To protect account security and user privacy, we may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification may require access to the email address associated with your account or other reasonable information.
We may reject requests that are fraudulent, unverifiable, abusive, excessive, legally restricted, or harmful to the rights or safety of others.
We will respond to valid privacy and deletion requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law. Some requests may take longer if they are complex, involve safety investigations, require identity verification, or involve data stored in backups or third-party systems.
If you believe we incorrectly denied or limited your privacy request, you may contact us again and explain your concern.
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to contact a local data protection authority or consumer protection authority.
