Welcome to the Sedgeberrow Neighbourhood Plan homepage.

Thanks to those of you that responded to our household survey earlier this year we had a fantastic response. We have been working hard over the last few months to pull together all the necessary evidence to develop a Neighbourhood Plan for our Parish that will address the issues and opportunities you raised and supported.

A small group of volunteers guided by independent planning consultants Brodie Planning Associates (BPA) has undertaken a significant amount of background research and we are now in a position to seek the local community’s opinion on 3 key areas.

• The overall Vision and Objectives of the Plan

• Choosing your preferred location for housing in our community

• Checking we have identified the right Local Green Spaces to protect

Our Neighbourhood Plan provides us with a chance to influence future development in Sedgeberrow Parish; to identify where new homes will be located and to designate locally important green open spaces.
