The West Rulish parliament has 6 seats (currently, will be changed by next election), 3 being Nationalist, 2 being Socialist and 1 being apart of the West Rulish Greens.

The Rulish Empire shall be divided into six states/electorates, each democratically governed by a state governor. The state governor shall have complete authority over their state's affairs; however, this authority may be limited or adjusted by the Federal Government. The list of states is as follows:

- Swan

- East Ruland

- Britland/Belmont

- America

- Cannington

The Federal Government shall have the power to:

- Overrule the State Government.

- Control the economy.

- Manage roads, schools, development, defence, health and safety, infrastructure, agriculture, and propaganda.

- Create new laws through parliament.

The State Governments shall have the power to:

- Control local police forces.

- Manage the local economy.

- Request assistance from the Federal Government.

- Create laws at both local and state levels.

The Federal Government is responsible for all internal and external affairs of the nation. It is led by an elected Prime Minister, who is chosen every three months by the eligible citizens of the nation.

The elected Prime Minister shall be selected using a preferential (ranked) voting system. The party that wins the majority of seats in parliament shall form the government.

On May 1st, 2025, the "Coalition Act" was officially signed and enacted. This act allows political parties with similar ideas and goals to form a coalition to facilitate government formation.

The State Government is responsible for all affairs within the state and for national matters involving the state. The State Government shall be led by a State Governor, who is elected by the Federal Parliament.

The Emperor/Empress shall hold a position similar to that of the British Crown. The Emperor must sign off on laws that have passed through a democratic process in parliament.

- 4th Government of Ruland: Established July 2024, led by Harry Stowe (Socialist Alliance)

- 5th Government of Ruland: Established September 2024, led by Adam Lowe (West Rulish Greens)

- 6th Government of Ruland: Established November 2024, led by Ruben Bushell (Nationalist Party)

- 7th Government of Ruland: Established March 2025, led by Ruben Bushell (Nationalist Party)
