The Second Rulish Empire, also known as simply Ruland, is a micronation in Perth, Western Australia. The state was founded by Ruben on 22 July 2023, after the Declaration of Independence from the Perth Empire, another micronation in the area who ultimately disappeared in July of the same year.

The current government has 5 seats, each with one member representing one state/electorate. The political party who gains the most number of seats shall for government, with their leader becoming the Elected Prime Minister.

Recently, as of March 2025, the Rulish Empire has reached superpower status, because of our economic power, political power, international influence and our large military strength.
