Powerpoint slide size ratio should be 16:9

Poster Guideline

Maximal dimensions: Height of 4' and Length of 3.5'

Registration is closing July 31, 2023.

The maximum attendance is 100 participants.

All participants will be able to present either a talk or a poster.

Registration and Abstract submission are on a first come first serve basis.

All participants pay a single Registration Fee (1225$ CAD + taxes) that includes the venue rental, food for the conference and banquet.

All participants are responsible to cover their own transportation and hotel fees.

No financial support is available.

Registration fee is non-refundable.
