☁️ Int'l shipping fee is NOT yet included in the posted price. International shipping fee will be given once the box arrive at our place (PH). Please note that POSTED PRICE and ISF (international shipping fee) are two SEPARATE charges.

☁️ Make sure you're a 100% sure buyer. Strictly NO CANCELLATION or REFUND once an order is placed. Buy at your own risk. (pasalo is allowed, but inform us.).

☁️ Dents or tears may happen during transit. We're not liable for any minor dents or tears.

☁️ We can only accept payments through the following channels: GCash, Shopeepay (send money), and Bank Transfer (Unionbank)

☁️ All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if:

- If the item become unavailable or goes out stock.

- We are unable to process your order.

☁️ As you place an order with our shop, the following charges apply:

1. Item Price: The price of the item(s) you wish to purchase is based on our current currency exchange rate.

2. Domestic Fee (DF): If the website you are ordering from does not offer free domestic shipping within Japan (JP), there may be a fee for shipping the item from the Japanese store to a Japanese address.

3. Pasabuy Fee: Our pasabuy fee is a service charge for facilitating your pasabuy order and handling the logistics of your order on your behalf. For posted items, pasabuy fee is already included. This is for those who use our pasabuy service.

4. International Shipping Fee (ISF): The international shipping fee covers the cost of shipping the items from Japan (JP) to the Philippines (PH). This fee will be divided among the buyers and is payable upon the arrival of the items.

As of June 1, JP Post announced that there will be an additional fee for international shipping fees.

Airmail, EMS, or DHL have a fast ETA hence the price. Anyone who doesn't like these prices, please refrain from ordering.

☁️ If the posted item has an ETA of 2-3 months or 1-3 months, the item will be shipped via sea cargo unless stated. In this case, the ISF will be much cheaper compared to items shipped via DHL or EMS. Please use this as a reference for the price of int'l sf. (this is per item)

Items shipped via sea cargo will take months to arrive hence the cheaper price. Anyone who doesn't like these prices or waiting for a long time would be an issue, please refrain from ordering.

5. Local Shipping Fee (LSF): There is a local shipping fee for delivering the items from our location to your specified address within the Philippines. The fee is determined based on the shipping method and the destination address.

6. Packaging Fee: We provide packaging materials such as bubble wrap and/or corrugated boxes to ensure the safe delivery of your items. A packaging fee may apply for shipping methods such as LBC or GGX.

☁️ ETA might change without prior notice. We will not be held liable for any delay in the shipping. Updates regarding the arrival, shipment and ETA of the items will be announced accordingly.

☁️ We can only book the pahanap/pasabuy box for pick-up and shipping once the box is full.

☁️ Once the box has been shipped out from our JP address, ETA is 4-6 weeks for NETA box and 2-3 weeks for FETA box.

☁️ For local shipping, we can only ship through the following couriers: LBC, GGX, Shopee c/o and same day delivery.

☁️ ISF and LSF should be settled within 14 days upon the arrival of order. If you need extension, kindly message us. Starting on January 12, 2022, there will be a storage fee of 50 pesos per month for unclaimed items after the 14 days claiming period. We can only store your item/s for a maximum 2 months.

☁️ If we didn't receive any updates or message within that 2 months, any payment is forfeited automatically and your item/s will be available for sale to other buyers.

☁️ Once it arrives, we will notify/message you for your MOD & remaining balance (lsf & isf) via any of the following methods: messenger, text, email (or shopee chat)
