I am a Senior Lecturer (fixed-term contract) at Monash University.
My research studies how social interactions, identity, and information environments shape beliefs, behavior, and economic outcomes. I am particularly interested in social and economic networks, cultural transmission, opinion dynamics, polarization, and social cohesion.
More broadly, my work examines how network structure, social influence, and group identity affect learning, cooperation, discrimination, and market outcomes.
My work has been published in leading economic journals such as Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Economic Theory, Games and Economic Behavior, European Economic Review, among others.
Here is my CV.
In 2020, I was awarded an FWO Fellowship (€250,000) for the project “Diffusion of Misinformation in Social Networks” (Project ID 42933; Contract No. 1258321N).
