I am an Assistant Professor in the Business Analytics Department at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. I am also a Digital Fellow at the Stanford University Digital Economy Lab (S-DEL) and at the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy (MIT-IDE).
I hold a Ph.D. in Management Science (Information Technologie) from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University. My research focuses on the future of skills and work and how information and automation technologies transform businesses and society. In my work I enjoy building and working with large datasets and applying causal inference and AI methods to uncover new insights about big questions.
I'm always happy to chat about research so please do not hesitate to reach out!
