• How can I book?

Either through one of the main short stay rental portals (Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, and all their affiliated sites), or directly with us for the best rates.

• Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets, since there is not enough room for them and the next guests my have allergies to their hair.

• Is smoking on the premises allowed?

Smoking is not allowed, not inside the apartment nor in the balconies.

• Are parties allowed?

Parties are not allowed .

• Do I need to bring my sheets and towels?

Towels, bed linens, blankets, and sea towels are provided free of charge.

• How do I check-in?

Instructions for getting the keys from a combination lock key-safe will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Upon checking in, you should make a video call with the owners in order to show your I.D. or passport, as required by current laws.

• How do I check-out?

Just leave the keys inside and close the door behind you. Before that, remember to take the car out of the garage!

• What are the check-in and check-out times?

Normally, check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is before 11:00. However, if there is no other reservation the day of your arrival/departure, these times are flexible.

• Where can I buy my groceries?

There are two minimarkets within 100 meters of the apartment. They might be closed during winter. In nearby cities like Mascali, Giarre, and Riposto there are several supermarkets, providing more variety and open all year long.

• Where can I eat out?

During the high season, there are several restaurants and bars in Fondachello for you to pick. During the low season, most of them will be closed, but at least one of the three oldest cafés - Iceberg, Al Pescatore, l'Orizzonte - will be open. In the neighbouring towns you will find plenty of options all year round.

• Is there a food delivery service?

Several restaurants and pizzerias deliver in Fondachello. So far, none of the most popular food delivery apps cover the area, thus you must phone the establishment you want to order from.
