I tried a famous fast food in the Philippines called Jollibee. I ordered the spicy chicken, but the spiciness only reached the tip of my tongue. For me, the level of spiciness between people in the Philippines and Indonesia is quite different. The chicken was juicy, and I also ate it several times in Gabaldon. Whenever a fiesta was held, Jollibee would usually be there as well. 🍗✨

I also went to Dingalan, which is actually part of the Pacific Ocean. There, I took photos at several iconic landmarks and went shopping at Lubong Market. The souvenir prices there were quite affordable. I also bought a pastry filled with purple sweet potato, which is very similar to an Indonesian snack called Bakpia. 🌊📸🛍️
One of the annual parades in Gabaldon is the Float Parade. In this parade, farmers decorate the floats with various kinds of vegetables from their harvest. This tradition shows their gratitude for the abundant harvest blessings. Many different types of vegetables are displayed on the floats.
Even after the event ends, the residents are allowed to take the vegetables from the floats, which makes the celebration even more enjoyable. 🎉🥕🥬
This is NEUST Ecopark, one of the tourist attractions that serves as a source of income for the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology campus. Ecopark is a preserved natural conservation area.
It offers beautiful scenery such as waterfalls and very lush natural surroundings. The water there is very clear and cold because it comes directly from the mountains. 🌿💧⛰️
Last but not least is Dupinga river. Dupinga River is also one of the famous tourist destinations in Gabaldon. When I visited the river, the water was very clear because it was the dry season at that time. However, people say that when the rainy season comes, the color of the water changes slightly due to the rain. The nature in Gabaldon is very beautiful and pristine, with very little pollution. 🌿💧
