Stipends for CSPDWeek are funded through the California Department of Education’s 2023 Educator Workforce Investment Grant in Computer Science (EWIG: CS) and are subject to specific eligibility requirements.

In general, participants must be California public K–12 teachers or paraprofessionals who actively support classroom instruction, fully participate in the workshop, and commit to implementing the curriculum during the 2026–27 school year.

Certain roles, such as private school educators, substitute teachers, and pre-service teachers, are not eligible.
