The property is suitable for two people who must be aged 18 or over.

There are steps to all ground floor entrances and a stairway leads to the bedroom.

Seascape operates a no-smoking or vaping policy. 

Regrettably, pets are not allowed. 

There are electric heaters in all the rooms and a woodburning stove in the living room.

Electricity and a starter pack of firewood is included in the rental.

All bedlinen (cotton), bath towels and bathmats are provided.

Access to Seascape is via a shared driveway.

There will be a Welcome Pack with basic provisions, including tea, coffee, milk, some pastries and a bottle of wine, to greet you.
