Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking
A £200 deposit secures your booking. Full payment must be made not less than six weeks prior to the holiday start date. If it is made later than this, it may be treated as a cancellation.
Payment
Payment by Bank Transfer (BACS) please. Details will be sent by email.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified in writing and once received we will confirm the cancellation.
If a booking is cancelled before the 6-week full payment is made, the deposit will be refunded minus a handling charge of £100.
If a booking is cancelled after the 6-week full payment has been made, the monies will only be refunded if the property is re-let. However, there will be a handling charge of £100.
We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Self Check-in
Check-in after 5pm on the date of arrival and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.
Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period is seven nights.
No Pets, No Smoking
Pets are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not permitted.
Guests
The number of guests may not exceed the number shown on the Seascape Booking Form.
Breakage/damage
Please advise of any breakages or damage that may occur as soon as possible. Reckless or deliberate misuse may be charged.
Care
Guests are required to take care of the property, its furniture and furnishings and leave them in the way in which they were found.
