Campus Information

Arrival & Departure
- Teams should plan to arrive on at the Orchard Rendezvous Hotel on Wednesday (28th January 2026) by 4:30pm.
- Buses will transport teams to SAIS for the coaches briefing / opening ceremony and will return to hotel.
- Buses will transport teams to UWC Dover and the hotel in the morning and late afternoon of the tournament.
- Teams should plan their departing flights on Sunday (February 1st 2025) to leave no earlier than 2pm. 

Food & Refreshments
- A buffet lunch will be served for all teams on Thursday to Saturday between 11:30 and 2:30  at the Tent Plaza.
- The Heritage Cafe will be open all day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday if extra food and beverages would like to be purchased.
- There will be water provided on campus and near the tennis courts.
- Schools should ensure that athletes bring a water bottle that they can refill when required as paper cups will not be provided.

Security
- Teams will be provided with Security Passes and should wear these on entrance to the College campus and during the tournament.
- Parents and spectators that are coming to UWCSEA Dover to watch the game, please ensure that you have some form of photo identification for visitor registration at the Security Guardhouse.
- The College has excellent security, but coaches should ensure athletes' valuables are stored away safely.
- Teams need to take responsibility for their own valuables.
- Here is an event pass that can be shared with any travel parents. 

Medical
- There will be an ambulance and medics on duty at the tennis courts.
- Should we need to take an athlete for hospital treatment, we will use National University Hospital (NUH).
- All competitors should have insurance cover prior to the competition.
- Staff are requested to ensure that they can provide all necessary contact details and documents for insurance purposes and have the funds to cover expenses incurred.

Opening Ceremony Dinner
- Buses will transport teams to the coaches briefing/opening ceremony dinner and will return teams to Orchard Rendezvous Hotel.
- This will be held in Stamford Arena at SAIS on January 28th 2026 at 6:00pm.
- The evening will include: welcome speech, entertainment, dinner and a quiz.
- The dress code for the dinner will be Wimbledon. 

Transport
- The transport coordinator for both boys' and girls' tournaments is Khairuddin Johari.
- Carol will coordinate transfers between the airport and Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and to the competition venue each day.

Coaches Briefing
- The coaches briefing will take place at SAIS during the Gala Dinner at 7pm.
- A coaches whatsapp group link has been emailed to the teams athletic directors to share with sports coaches. 

Wifi
- Free wifi is available on campus.

Facilities
- The Girls' and Boys' Tennis tournament will be held at UWC Dover (9 Tennis courts).
- Each school will be given a rest area for all participating athletes (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
- Toilets and changing rooms will be available if required.
