By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of another person, organization, or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept this User Agreement on their behalf.
Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, platform rules, or this User Agreement.
Description of the Service
SearchX: AI Deep People Search provides AI-assisted tools that may help users search for, organize, display, or summarize publicly available information.
The Service may help locate public online information, public profiles, public mentions, public webpages, public records, or other publicly accessible materials.
The Service does not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, current, verified, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Public Information
The Service is designed to assist with searching or displaying information that may be publicly available or lawfully accessible.
The Service does not create, own, verify, or control all information that may appear in search results. Some information may come from third-party websites, public sources, search indexes, public databases, or other external materials.
You understand that public information may be outdated, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, mismatched, or removed from its original source.
AI-Generated Results
The Service may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, algorithms, or machine learning technologies to process search queries, rank results, generate summaries, organize information, or improve user experience.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or inappropriate. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.
You should not treat any AI-generated output as verified fact, legal advice, professional advice, background check information, or an official record.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any information obtained through it.
You agree to use the Service in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must not use the Service to harm, harass, threaten, embarrass, intimidate, defame, stalk, exploit, or target any person.
You are responsible for confirming that your use of any information found through the Service complies with applicable privacy, data protection, consumer protection, anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and other relevant laws.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to:
a. use the Service to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, defame, abuse, or harm any person;
b. use the Service to violate another person’s privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights;
c. use the Service for doxxing, blackmail, impersonation, targeted abuse, unauthorized surveillance, or unwanted contact;
d. use the Service to make decisions about employment, hiring, promotion, termination, credit, loans, insurance, housing, tenancy, education, eligibility, benefits, or any other purpose regulated by consumer reporting, background check, or similar laws;
e. use the Service as a consumer report, background check service, private investigation service, identity verification service, credit report, tenant screening tool, employment screening tool, or risk assessment tool;
f. attempt to access private accounts, password-protected content, restricted systems, non-public data, or information protected by security controls;
g. scrape, copy, sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its results without authorization;
h. interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the Service or its security features;
i. use bots, crawlers, scripts, automated tools, or other unauthorized methods to access or collect data from the Service;
j. upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive content;
k. use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, platform rules, or this User Agreement.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
No Background Check or Consumer Reporting Use
The Service is not a background check service, consumer reporting agency, credit reporting agency, employment screening service, tenant screening service, private investigation service, or identity verification service.
You must not use the Service or any information obtained through the Service to determine a person’s eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, tenancy, benefits, licensing, or any other legally regulated purpose.
The Service is intended only for general informational purposes.
Accuracy of Information
The Service may return results that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, irrelevant, or associated with the wrong person.
People may share the same name, username, photo, location, occupation, school, employer, or other identifying details. Search results may therefore include information about different individuals.
You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it or taking action based on it.
No Professional Advice
The Service does not provide legal, financial, investigative, safety, employment, credit, insurance, compliance, or professional advice.
Any information displayed by the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that may affect your rights, obligations, safety, finances, or legal responsibilities.
Account and Security
Some features may require an account, login, subscription, device permission, or platform account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not share your account with unauthorized users or allow others to misuse the Service through your account.
If unauthorized access or suspicious activity occurs, you should stop using the affected account and take appropriate security measures.
User Content and Search Queries
The Service may allow you to enter names, keywords, usernames, search terms, links, notes, feedback, or other content.
You are responsible for any content or search query you submit through the Service. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant the Service a limited right to process, store, display, analyze, and use that content as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
Some features of the Service may require payment, subscription, free trial activation, or in-app purchase.
Paid features may include advanced search tools, AI-generated results, premium access, additional usage limits, or other enhanced functions.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by Apple’s payment terms and App Store policies.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable App Store account settings before the renewal date.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Free Trials and Promotions
The Service may offer free trials, discounts, limited-time access, or promotional features.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, a free trial may convert into a paid subscription according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Promotional offers may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable laws and platform rules.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted through Apple or the applicable platform where the purchase was made.
The Service does not control App Store refund decisions and is not responsible for delays, denials, or other payment issues handled by third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interface, design, features, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, icons, layout, code, algorithms, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service unless expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing.

Some features may require the latest app version, compatible device, supported operating system, internet connection, or active subscription.
The Service is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported devices, outdated app versions, disabled permissions, unstable networks, or platform limitations.
Suspension and Termination
Access to the Service may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if you violate this User Agreement, misuse the Service, create legal risk, harm others, interfere with service operations, or use the Service in an unlawful or abusive way.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Termination of access does not automatically cancel any active subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through the applicable App Store account settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and uninterrupted operation.
The Service does not warrant that search results will be accurate, complete, current, lawful, useful, or suitable for any purpose.
The Service does not warrant that it will locate any specific person, profile, record, webpage, image, or piece of information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, business interruption, emotional distress, mistaken identity, reliance on inaccurate information, or harm resulting from third-party content.
The Service is not responsible for any action you take based on information obtained through the Service.

Indemnification

Changes to This User Agreement
This User Agreement may be updated from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version may be posted in the app or otherwise made available through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated User Agreement.
If you do not agree to the updated User Agreement, you must stop using the Service.
Apple App Store Terms
If the Service is downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this User Agreement is between you and the Service, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the Service, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, claims, or legal compliance, except as required by applicable App Store terms.
Your use of the Service must also comply with applicable Apple App Store terms and policies.
Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of this User Agreement where required by Apple’s applicable terms.
International Use
The Service may not be available, lawful, or appropriate in every country or region.
You are responsible for complying with local laws when accessing or using the Service. You must not use the Service where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
Entire Agreement
This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Service regarding your use of the Service.
If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Failure to enforce any provision of this User Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
