This Subscription Agreement applies to subscriptions, free trials, paid features, premium access, auto-renewing plans, and other in-app purchases offered through SearchX: AI Deep People Search.
By purchasing, starting, activating, or using a subscription or paid feature, you agree to this Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or use any paid feature.
Subscription Services
The Service may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, enhanced search tools, AI-assisted results, expanded usage limits, advanced functions, or other paid content.
Available subscription features may vary by region, device, app version, account status, subscription plan, and platform rules.
The Service may modify, add, remove, suspend, or replace subscription features from time to time, subject to applicable laws and app store policies.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
When you purchase an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or another applicable platform, your subscription will be charged and renewed according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the subscription period, price, renewal terms, and cancellation rules before confirming a purchase.
Billing
All subscription payments made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.
The Service does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers, bank account information, or complete payment credentials for App Store transactions.
Your payment method may be charged when you confirm a subscription purchase, when a free trial converts to a paid subscription, or when a subscription renews.
Billing may be handled according to Apple’s payment terms, App Store rules, and your Apple account settings.
Subscription Period
A subscription may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, lifetime, or other available basis.
The subscription period, renewal cycle, price, and available benefits will be shown before purchase.
Subscription access begins after the purchase is successfully processed and confirmed by the applicable app store or payment platform.
Free Trials
The Service may offer free trials for certain subscription plans.
A free trial gives temporary access to selected paid features for the trial period shown at the time of activation.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription.
You are responsible for canceling the trial before it converts if you do not wish to be charged.
Free trials may be limited to new users, specific regions, specific plans, specific devices, or specific promotional campaigns.
Promotional Offers
The Service may offer discounts, introductory pricing, promotional subscriptions, limited-time offers, or special access plans.
Promotional terms may vary and may be subject to eligibility requirements.
A promotional price may apply only for the stated promotional period. After the promotional period ends, the subscription may renew at the regular price shown at the time of purchase or as otherwise permitted by platform rules.
Promotional offers may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable laws and platform policies.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Renewal charges may occur within the time period permitted by the applicable app store or payment platform before the subscription period ends.
If payment cannot be processed, subscription access may be suspended, downgraded, limited, or canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription through your Apple App Store account settings or the applicable platform where the subscription was purchased.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Stopping use of the Service does not cancel your subscription.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated by the applicable platform.
Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be submitted to Apple.
The Service does not control Apple’s refund process, refund eligibility, refund timing, or refund decisions.
Payments already made are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by the applicable app store or payment platform.
Price Changes
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
If the price of a subscription changes, the applicable app store or payment platform may provide notice or request confirmation where required by law or platform policy.
If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel the subscription before the new price applies.
Continued subscription use after a price change takes effect means you accept the updated price, where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
Feature Changes
Paid features may be updated, improved, limited, replaced, removed, or discontinued.
The Service may change how premium features work due to technical, legal, operational, security, platform, AI model, data source, or business reasons.
The Service does not guarantee that any specific paid feature, search result, AI output, data source, usage limit, or function will remain available permanently.
Usage Limits
Subscription plans may include usage limits, search limits, AI generation limits, rate limits, feature limits, device limits, or other restrictions.
Usage limits may vary depending on the subscription plan, app version, region, technical conditions, abuse prevention measures, or platform requirements.
Unused usage limits, credits, searches, generations, or benefits may not roll over unless expressly stated in the app.
Account and Device Access
Subscription access may be linked to your Apple ID, app account, device, subscription receipt, or platform entitlement.
You may need to restore purchases or sign in through the original purchase platform to access paid features on another device.
Subscription access may not be transferable, resalable, sublicensable, or shareable except as permitted by the applicable app store or platform rules.
Restore Purchases
If supported, you may restore purchases through the app to recover active subscription access associated with the same Apple ID or platform account.
Restoring purchases may require an internet connection, valid app store receipt, supported app version, and active subscription status.
Failed Payments
If a subscription renewal payment fails, the applicable app store or payment platform may attempt to process payment again.
During a failed payment period, subscription access may be limited, suspended, or terminated.
The Service is not responsible for payment failures caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, account restrictions, platform errors, payment processor issues, or user account problems.
Subscription Expiration
When a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, or otherwise ends, access to paid features may stop or become limited.
Some data, settings, saved items, or usage history may remain available, while premium-only features may no longer be accessible.
The Service may retain certain subscription-related records as necessary for operation, fraud prevention, analytics, legal compliance, and platform requirements.
Prohibited Subscription Misuse
You must not misuse subscriptions, paid features, free trials, or promotional offers.
You agree not to:
a. create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers;
b. manipulate payments, receipts, app store records, subscription status, or entitlement verification;
c. share, resell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit paid access;
d. attempt to bypass paywalls, usage limits, subscription checks, or technical restrictions;
e. use unauthorized tools, modified apps, fake receipts, jailbroken-device bypasses, or fraudulent methods to access paid features;
f. request refunds abusively while continuing to use paid features;
g. use paid features for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or prohibited purposes.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension, termination, loss of paid access, or other appropriate action.
AI and Search Feature Limitations
Subscription access may include AI-assisted search, AI summaries, advanced results, or related premium tools.
Paid access does not guarantee that the Service will find a specific person, profile, webpage, record, image, source, or piece of information.
AI-generated outputs and search results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, mismatched, unavailable, or associated with the wrong person.
You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.
Public and Third-Party Sources
Some subscription features may rely on public information, third-party websites, search indexes, public databases, AI providers, infrastructure providers, or external services.
The Service does not control all third-party sources and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, legality, completeness, or continued access.
If a third-party source changes, removes, restricts, blocks, or updates information, subscription features may be affected.
No Guarantee of Results
A subscription provides access to selected paid features. It does not guarantee any particular outcome.
The Service does not guarantee successful searches, verified identities, accurate matches, complete records, unlimited access, continuous availability, or specific AI-generated results.
Your decision to purchase a subscription should not be based on an expectation that the Service will locate or verify any specific person or information.
Availability
Subscription features may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network problems, app store issues, third-party outages, legal requirements, security measures, abuse prevention, or other reasons.
The Service is not responsible for interruptions or limitations caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
Taxes and Fees
Subscription prices may not include taxes, duties, platform fees, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or other charges that may apply depending on your location, payment method, or platform account.
Any applicable taxes or fees may be charged by the app store, payment platform, financial institution, or relevant authority.
Minors
Subscriptions may only be purchased by users who are legally permitted to make purchases or by users who have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized account holder.
If a minor uses the Service, the parent, guardian, or account holder may be responsible for purchases, subscriptions, and related activity.
Relationship to Other Terms
This Subscription Agreement supplements the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between this Subscription Agreement and other terms, this Subscription Agreement applies only to subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and paid feature matters.
All other use of the Service remains governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Subscriptions and paid features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service disclaims all warranties related to paid features, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from subscriptions, paid features, billing issues, failed payments, renewal charges, cancellation mistakes, refund denials, unavailable features, inaccurate results, or third-party platform decisions.
The Service is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to cancel a subscription, manage app store settings, review renewal terms, maintain valid payment information, or understand the terms shown at purchase.
Changes to This Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement may be updated from time to time.
Updated terms may be posted in the app, app store listing, or another location made available through the Service.
Continued use of paid features or subscriptions after updated terms are made available means you accept the updated Subscription Agreement.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using paid features.
Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be managed through Apple account settings.
Users are responsible for reviewing, managing, renewing, canceling, or changing subscriptions through the applicable app store or platform account.
The Service cannot guarantee cancellation, refund, or billing changes unless they are completed through the required platform process.
Final Terms
By purchasing or using a subscription, you confirm that you understand:
a. subscriptions may renew automatically;
b. deleting the app does not cancel a subscription;
c. cancellation must be completed through the applicable app store or platform;
d. refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made;
e. paid access does not guarantee any specific search result, AI output, or person match;
f. subscription features may change over time.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase, activate, or continue using any subscription or paid feature.
