Residents are responsible for their own keys, lost keys and tenant caused lock-outs.
• No fee for the 1st time a lock out occurs during leasing office hours.
• $10 during leasing office hours.
• $60 after leasing office hours.
• Residents are soley responsible for their keys and it is a possibility a staff member may not be availabel. If this is the case or it's after 10:00 PM, residents may call any Locksmith or San Pedro Lock & Key (866) 266-3014
• The above policy applies to Residents only. Guests will be assisted with written request from Resident at the rate of $20 during leasing office hours only.
• Payment due by check or via Place Pay invoice.
Our required minimum coverage:
Personal Property Coverage- $20,000
Liability Coverage- $100,000
Must be listed on declarations page:
All names of residents 18 and over
Seaport Homes as "Additional Interested Party"
You may choose to increase these policy coverage amounts depending on your individual needs.

For roommates or those looking to have separate checks sent for the Security Deposit, email the request to the community manager with:
The name and amount each resident will receive
The forwarding address if each check is being sent to different addresses.
