• Nov 2024 - Congratulations to Martina for passing her 18-month VIVA!

• Sep 2024 - The group welcomes new PhD students Ihab Alkhaldi and Joshua Rawden. 

• Sep 2024 - Congrats to Christian for passing his 9-month VIVA! 

• Aug 2024 - A huge congratulations to Craig for passing his final VIVA! His thesis is entitled "A comprehension and prediction of wings in unsteady conditions." He has started his next adventure at Imperial College London.

• Jun 2024 - Craig and Uttam's article "The effect of variations in experimental and computational fidelity on data assimilation approaches" has been published in Theoretical and Computational Fluid Dynamics.

• Nov 2023 - Several group members presented at the 76th American Phyiscal Society Division of Fluid Dynamics meeting in Washington D.C.

• Nov 2023 - Craig's article "Effects of integral length scale variations on the stall characteristics of a wing at high free-stream turbulence conditions" was published in Journal of Fluid Mechanics! 

• Nov 2023 - Martina successfully completed her 9-month VIVA!

• Sep 2023 - Christian Toma joins the group as a new PhD student.

• Sep 2023 - Owain and Levon presented their research at MSc poster day.

• Aug 2023 - Uttam successfully completed his 9-month VIVA!

• Jun 2023 - Sean's article "Use of eddy viscosity in resolvent analysis of turbulent channel flow" appeared in Physical Review Fluids.
