I offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy online via Zoom. Sessions provide a confidential, supportive space to explore what is happening in your life, understand yourself more deeply, and work towards change at your own pace.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems-informed work, and existential therapy.
Sessions are currently offered online only
I work with clients who are residents in the Republic of Ireland and aged 16 and over.
For clients under 18, additional consent and safeguarding considerations may apply. This can be discussed during the enquiry process.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
The fee is €50 per session. If you and your partner require couples counselling the fee is €90 per session.
Payment details will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
Counselling & Psychotherapy available from: 9am–8pm, Monday through Friday.
Fees for sessions booked through third-party clinics or platmors may be more expensive, as these services operate their own pricing and booking structures, or increased prices cover a referal fee. Booking directly through me ensures a fee of €50.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You do not need to be in crisis to seek support. Therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing:
anxiety, stress, or overthinking
low mood or depression
relationship difficulties
low self-esteem or self-criticism
emotional overwhelm
process trauma
grief or loss
life transitions or uncertainty
identity, meaning, or purpose-related questions
family difficulties
people-pleasing or boundary issues
burnout or feeling stuck
difficulties understanding or expressing emotions
personal growth and self-awareness
Therapy can help you make sense of patterns, develop emotional awareness, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Sessions take place through Zoom. Once your appointment is confirmed, I will email you a private Zoom link before the session.
You will need:
a private and quiet space
a reliable internet connection
headphones (optional)
a device with camera and microphone
enough time before and after the session to arrive and settle
Online therapy works best when you can attend from a safe, confidential space where you will not be interrupted.
Additionally, there is the option to conduct sessions over text message.
You can use the Book / Enquire page to contact me about availability.
Before beginning therapy, I may ask for some brief information to make sure online therapy is suitable for your needs. This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about how the process works.
The first session is a chance for us to get a sense of what has brought you to therapy and what you might like support with.
We may talk about:
what is currently happening for you
what you hope to get from therapy
relevant personal history
introducing myself, how i opperate, and ethical guidelines
whether online therapy feels suitable
practical details such as confidentiality, cancellations, payment, and boundaries
You do not need to know exactly what to say. We can take things at your pace.
Therapy is confidential, with some important legal and ethical limits. These limits usually relate to risk of harm to yourself or others, child protection, safeguarding concerns, or legal requirements. There is a section on mandated persons / reporting on the An Garda Síochána website.
Full confidentiality information is available on the Info page.
Online therapy can be effective and accessible, but it may not be suitable for everyone or every situation.
It may not be suitable if you are currently in immediate crisis, at serious risk of harm, or need urgent mental health support. If this applies, please contact emergency services, your GP, local crisis services, or another appropriate support.
Counselling & Psychotherapy available from: 9am–8pm, Monday through Friday
