Achievements

Carrie Pan has become a DanceSport Australia Champion after winning the GOLD MEDAL in the 2025 East Coast Classic National Championship Competition in TANGO. 

The competition was conducted by DanceSport Australia at Sydney Town Hall. The competition ran from 8am to midnight and attracted hundreds of competitors and thousands of spectators.

Maroubra Seals Dance Club is very proud of Carrie's achievement. We thank Carrie for bringing such a great honour to our dance club. Carrie's partner in the competition was Lex Metcalf. A big thank to you also, Lex.

Congratulations to Carrie Pan for achieving SILVER MEDAL in BALLROOM with flying colours.

Carrie received 99% in WALTZ, 97% in TANGO and 95% in FOXTROT.

Examiner Leeanne Bampton wrote "Beautiful presentation. Well groomed and beautiful dress. Danced each character beautifully. Excellent. Highly Commended."
