Posters should be in hard-copy A0 Portrait format. We will provided two-sided boards for presenters to attach posters to. 

NTU will be able to provide on-site poster printing. Information regarding this service is as follows:

Ordering & Payment

• Please email the soft copy of your poster (in PDF format, preferably 300 dpi image resolution) to the print vendor by 27 May 2026.

Poster size: A0 Portrait (841 x 1189mm), Matte Lamination

Event: SEALS conference at NTU

Delivery instructions: Please deliver to NTU School of Humanities,  48 Nanyang Avenue, Singapore 639818 by 2 June 2026

• Please note that the vendor requires sufficient lead time to print and deliver posters to the conference venue. Submissions received after 27 May 2026 may not be delivered in time.

• Payment 

  • Poster printing will cost $29.43 SGD (incl. of tax) 

  • Local participants may Paynow to UEN 23104900E (Ultra Supplies) 

  • International participants may pay by credit card directly to the vendor. Kindly note that there is a one-time admin charge of S$2/order for card payment. The vendor will send you the link for payment.
