Booking is for the full period of the conference only (2 – 6 June). There is no pro-rate charge for stays of less than 4 nights.
Limited rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis.

As rooms need to be secured and confirmed in advance from the University’s housing unit, we regret that confirmed bookings (once paid) are not refundable.
Prevailing Hall Rules will be applicable to all occupants.
Housekeeping in hostel rooms will not be provided. Occupants will be required to maintain the cleanliness of the room at all times.

Rates include one basic set of bed linens, one pillow, one blanket per person. [You will need to make your own bed]
Common Toilets, please bring your own towels and toiletries.
Occupants may use the common pantries and laundry rooms.
LAN points for internet cables.
