All named authors of presentations must be registered. Non-presenters are welcome to register and attend onsite or virtually. For a link to the registration form click here. Please make your payment before filling out the registration form.
Fees in USD are payable no later than 30 April 2025. Rates are as follows:
Onsite, full rate: $240 | Onsite, student rate: $180
Offsite, full rate: $120 | Offsite, student rate: $80
Onsite registration includes coffee/tea breaks, lunches, and the conference banquet.
The preferred payment method is PayPal at <seals34bali@gmail.com>
Make your registration payment in USD (type your registration amount into the "Recipient receives USD" field)
Type "SEALS34 registration" and relevant family names into the "what's this for?" field.
If the system asks if the payment is for a good or service, or is a gift, select gift (the former attracts a higher fee that we really can't afford)
Screenshot or PDF the PayPal payment receipt and email this (along with proof of student status, if relevant, e.g. image of student card) for reference in case confirmation is required later.
If you are not able to use PayPal, please try these alternatives: 1) have a friend of family member who can use PayPal make the payment, 2) write to us at <seals34bali@proton.me> and request an invoice that you can pay with VISA or Mastercard. If these are not possible, write to <seals34bali@proton.me> ASAP and we will negotiate another arrangement, such as an international bank transfer (note that additional payment fees may be required).
Please note that registrations are not refundable for withdrawals, cancellations, or change of status after April 30. We are a self-funded volunteer organisation with limited means, and no financial sponsors for the 2025 meeting. If you do cancel and lose your payment, potentially we can receipt it as a (US) tax deductable donation to our Hawaii registered 501(c)(3) non-profit.
All abstracts, slideshows, and videos will be archived and made available online after the meeting. Participants who do not wish to have materials shared are asked to indicate to opt-out at registration.
Registrants may be sole authors or 1st named authors on one paper only. Additionally, you may be named as a secondary author or non-presenting author on additional papers.
Only non-presenting participant registrations can be accepted after April 30th. If you have practical difficulties with registration please write to us at <seals34bali@proton.me> ASAP so we can resolve the issue(s).
