Association & House Rules

No more than 5 people may stay overnight in a rented cottage.

No animals of any kind are permitted on the property. No visitors may have animals on the property.

Each Cottage is allowed 2 parking spots.

The speed limit is 5 MPH, please watch for children.

There is no kite flying, ball or Frisbee throwing, bicycle riding, rollerblading, skateboarding or any similar activity due to the limited amount of open space and the close proximity of cars and cottages.

Grills may not be used on decks or porches and should be placed a safe distance from the cottage to avoid a fire hazard. No open fires, fireworks or fire pits are permitted.

All rubbish must be placed in plastic bags and deposited in the dumpster on the property.

Quiet times should be observed between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 am.

Neither the Association nor the owner of this cottage is liable for renter or guest accidents, injuries or losses.

We reserve the right to eject any person(s) who creates a disturbance, becomes a nuisance, causes damages or disobeys our cottage rules.

We ask that you report any disturbances, or anything out of order to the owner of this cottage. We will make every effort to have your stay be an enjoyable one.

If you break it, lose it, deplete it, or have issues that impact your visit, PLEASE TELL US. Our goal is to make your stay (and the guests after you) as comfortable as possible but can only do so, if you keep us informed. Please don’t hide the ball. We are understanding and know things happen.

We prefer you do not move furnishings and/or contents around, but if you do PLEASE return the items to the same location to avoid a surcharge by housekeeping.

Please rinse off the beach wagon, tent, beach chairs, etc. and return them to same location in the storage shed.
