During the 2024-2025 school year, our school participated in the National Network "Nutrition, Environment & Health" of the Environmental Education Center of Ierapetra - Neapolis, Crete. As part of our participation in the network and in parallel with the preparations for our Christmas bazaar, on Saturday, December 14, 2024, we made traditional Pontian otia (ears), a recipe with a small environmental footprint. Κατά το σχολικό έτος 2024-2025 το σχολείο μας συμμετείχε στο Εθνικό Δίκτυο «Διατροφή, περιβάλλον & υγεία» του Κέντρου Περιβαλλοντικής Εκπαίδευσης Ιεράπετρας - Νεάπολης Κρήτης. Στο πλαίσιο της συμμετοχής μας στο δίκτυο και παράλληλα με τις ετοιμασίες για το Χριστουγεννιάτικο παζάρι μας, το Σάββατο 14/12/2024 φτιάξαμε και παραδοσιακά, ποντιακά ωτία (αυτιά), μία συνταγή με μικρό περιβαλλοντικό αποτύπωμα.
