LIVING IN THE DORM – Friendship, Care, and Unforgettable Moments
Living in Magnolia Dormitory was never just about staying in the same place it was where everything felt the most alive.
At first, we were just six people sharing one space, still a bit awkward. But somehow, it didn’t take long until everything felt natural. We started doing everything together from getting ready (yes, the girls always took longer and the boys just waited) to cooking, eating, and even doing nothing but still sitting together.
Cooking became our daily highlight. We would go to the market, buy things like chicken for two days, then come back and prepare everything together. Someone cooked, someone washed the dishes, someone handled the microwave we literally took turns for everything. And somehow, it always worked. Eating together was a must. It just didn’t feel right if someone wasn’t there.
But it wasn’t just about routines it was about the moments in between. We made so many timelapse videos while cooking or eating, took random photos, recorded little memories, and even played cards together just to pass time. Sometimes it was loud, sometimes chaotic, but always fun. Like… genuinely fun.
And the best part? The way we cared for each other. If someone needed something, someone else was already there. If someone was tired or sick, we noticed. If someone wanted to go out, no one went alone. It wasn’t something we planned it just happened.
Looking back, it’s crazy how a dorm turned into something that felt like home. Not because of the place, but because of the people inside it.
