1. Procedures of Teaching

The teaching practice process began with classroom observation to understand the ongoing learning dynamics. This stage was followed by serving as a teaching assistant, creating learning activities, and developing lesson plans that included instructional design and the selection of appropriate teaching materials. At this phase, my cooperating teachers provided valuable feedback and constructive suggestions to enhance the quality of the lesson plans I developed.

The next step involved implementing the planned teaching methods, which concluded with a final demonstration and feedback from the educators. Throughout my teaching experience, I felt a deep sense of satisfaction, wonder, and happiness, creating unforgettable and cherished moments in my life.

The power point I make, I created a PowerPoint to present the material and help them understand the concepts better.

2. Time Management and Organizing Activities

My cooperating teacher gave me a timeable for teaching, usually before teaching practicals, my cooperating teacher Ma’am Marifel B. Marte told me to prepare.

· I have 50 minutes for each lesson

· To start, it takes 5 minutes

· To review the previous topic, it takes 5 minutes

· For my presentation, it takes 15 minutes

· Group discussion, it takes 10 minutes

· For the assessment, it takes 5 minutes

· Closing, it takes 5 minutes

3. Classroom Management

By classroom management while teaching before starting the lesson, I gave the student a ice breaking for 5 minutes, then I ask the students questions about the previous topic consolidate memory of the children. Then I ask about the topic to consolidate memory of the students. Then I ask about the topic that we will discuss on that day. I explain the lesson and also ask during my explanation to make sure the students understanding. I use interesting media such as PowerPoint, picture and Instructional Materials.

4. Problem Solving While Teaching and staying in The Designated School

At first, I was a bit confused about teaching in Junior High school because this is my first experience teaching International in junior high school, at first I felt embarrassed when I entered class and got acquainted with students, I had to worry about what if l couldn't explain or teach well and fun, but here I have teachers and students who are very fun, kind and always help me when I have difficulties in the classroom and in the school environment and this makes me quickly adapt to the school environment, this makes me more enthusiastic in teaching in the classroom.

5. Others

My practice teaching, once I have prepared my lesson plans, PowerPoint, Learning Activity Sheet, and Instructional Materials that have been approved by my collaborating teacher. I have prepared a lesson plan filled with fun activities. The first material I taught was the Claims of Fact, Value, and Policy. The lesson began with greetings and a prayer together. After that I checked the student attendance. To start a cheerful learning atmosphere, I led an mini games, the name of the games is three step reaction. Then, I reviewed the last topic materials with student. Next, I introduced new topic material one by one. I showed PPT the students can read the lesson objectives, meaning, and example about the new topic. After that, the lesson continued with a group discussion and assignment.

To deepen their understanding, I displayed pictures, Afterward, they continued by writing in a book. At the end of the lesson, I asked the children to recall the letters they had learned. They raise hand and stand up to explain the lesson for today. Before closing the class, I gave an homework assignment about the Lesson of today, draw or printed the picture and write the three of claims.
