Summary in this program
The SEA Teacher Project is a truly valuable initiative that offers pre-service teachers from Southeast Asian countries the opportunity to exchange experiences and learn from diverse educational systems. I feel deeply honored to have participated in this program, as it not only allowed me to explore different cultures and teaching approaches, but also enabled me to reflect on and improve my own skills as a future educator.
This experience was more than just teaching abroad — it transformed my perspective on the role of teachers in the global context. I learned that teachers are not only knowledge providers, but also sources of inspiration, cultural connectors, and lifelong learners. Facing new challenges in a completely different environment helped me build confidence, adaptability, and a positive mindset — qualities that I will continue to develop throughout my teaching journey.
Moreover, this project strengthened my belief in the power of international collaboration in education. It showed me that such partnerships can play a crucial role in improving teaching quality both regionally and globally. I truly hope to apply and share what I have learned with fellow educators and students in the future, as part of a collective effort to elevate education to new heights.
