2025 Junior Key Dates
Online nominations open: 13 March
Online nominations close: 6 April
Start of season: 2/3 May
Byes: 6/7 June, 11/12 July, 18/19 July
Last Minor Round: 22/23 August
Finals two week series: 29/30 August, 5/6 September
2025 Orange Ball Key Dates
Online nominations open: 13 March
Online nominations close: 6 April
Start of season: 3 May
Byes: 6/7 June, 11/12 July, 18/19 July
Final round: 6 September
Matches will be played using a home and away fixture, no finals
Matches are played from 10:45am
Team Nomination
A Tennis Club affiliated with Tennis SA may nominate a team to compete within SDTA
Nominations shall be submitted online via League Manager – League Manager
The Nomination will require a nominating club to name in Order of Merit the players which it proposes to play in its team. Players who are listed as reserves will not be taken into account when grading and require approval if they wish to play
Players nominated will be required to register and activate their own Universal Tennis Rating (UTR)
Clubs can no longer create a profile. A profile must be created by a player or parent/caregiver
Players with a UTR rating can only be selected
Select preferred division
Clubs will receive an invoice once teams are final

Team Nomination
A Tennis Club affiliated with Tennis SA may nominate a team to compete within the Winter Pennant Competition
Nominations shall be submitted online via League Manager
Players nominated will be required to register and activate their own Universal Tennis Rating (UTR)
The Nomination will require a nominating club to name in Order of Merit the players which it proposes to play in its team. Players without a Competitive Player Profile or are listed as reserves will not be taken into account when grading and require approval if they wish to play.
For the Premier League divisions, depth will be taken into account. Grading will be based off of the top 6 listed players.
Nominations have been opened for two mixed doubles divisions.
The Winter Pennant Working Group reserves the right to increase the number of open divisions due to the strength of teams in the Blue & Gold zones.
Team Fee’s for Winter Pennant competition will be $115 (inc GST) per team. Clubs will receive an invoice once teams are final.
