Solution:
1. Download D3D9 Files Here
(Backup the Original 1st before doing this)
2. Replace the files in SDO-X Folder
3. Right-click SDO-X Global game icon
4. Click Properties
5. Click Compatibility(Tab at Top)
Look for Settings
6. Tick "Reduced colour mode: 16-bit(65536) colour"
7. Tick "Run this program as an administrator"
8. Apply & OK
9. Check if it fixes the problem
