The Ivanhoe International Center must nominate you.
Fall semester (Jul-Nov): Between the beginning of February to mid-April after your university has nominated you in our system
Spring semester (Jan-Jun): Between August 1 and beginning of October after your university has nominated you in our system.
Do students have to pay any enrollment/administrative fees?
No.
What is the application procedure students must follow?
1st Step: You must be nominated by your school
2nd Step:
Nominated students must follow the application procedure through our platform Movixu. We will send these steps to the nominated students.
What documents are required for the application and how should they be sent?
The required documents for the application are:
Official cover letter issued by the home university.
Letter explaining the reasons why you wish to study at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
Photocopy of passport (personal data page).
Certificate of academic grades issued by the university of origin.
Certificate of Spanish language proficiency (level B1) for students from non-Spanish-speaking countries
