USAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Being a student of BCA Academy, the student would have agreed to allow BCA to disclose to other government agencies and/or the Government or related third party any information relating to the student including but not limited to student’s personal particulars and test results.

In addition, the student would have consented to BCA, BCA Academy, BCA’s employees and third parties authorised by BCA to contact student via his/her contacts (including email addresses and mobile numbers) to market future courses, seminars, conduct surveys, circulate publications (i.e. magazines, periodicals etc).

 If any student wish to withdraw his/her consent to any use or disclosure of personal data as set out above, the student may contact the Academy.  Please note that if student withdraws his/her consent to any or all or disclosure of personal data, depending on the nature of your request, the Academy may not be in a position to continue to provide services to the student. Such withdrawal may also result in the termination of any agreement the student may have with the Academy.
