The Social Cooperative Form.A.P. was born, in 1995, from the synergies of various professional disciplines, which, becoming aware of the problems present in the area, aimed at developing and using in particular European, national and regional planning as an engine / tool for local development.

It operates in the field of vocational training in the sectors of initial training, higher education, continuing education, training for adults.

The social purpose of the Form.A. P. is to be the recipient of an evolving social economy scenario. It evolves under the pressure of technology, the digital divide, the market, politics and culture and today COVID 19. Training is also changing in terms of sources and training methods, organization, times and contents, especially in the new European context of the pandemic.

One of the first projects carried out was in 1998 the "Young and Enterprises for a new Entrepreneurship" project where one of the pillars of the project was the ability to know how to read change and to adapt one's skills. The motivation that drives FormAP to join this project is to be able to help, through its history, identify "leads", promote and support its participation in the labor market, to maintain the positioning of its company in the new global scenario - Strategic in order to be prepared for the demand for new skills. So have the ability to know how to read the change and to adapt their skills.

And today the GREEN track, sustainability, environmental protection, renewable energy, combined with SOCIAL represents one of the most important challenges.
