Coach Dave Shirts loves everything running. He has competed in many marathons from St. George to Boston. He loves to cheer on every runner like its an Olympic qualifier race. He dreams of cold popsicles and ice-cream sand which's after the joy & pain of running is over! The longer the run ...the more fun!

Coach Redfearn is a physical education and financial literacy teacher at Snow Canyon High School. In the 4 hours of sleep he gets each night he can often be heard saying, "Arms! Arms! Arms!" as his greatest passion is helping athletes reach their highest potential.
Coach Renstrom teaches physical education at Snow Canyon Middle School. She enjoys swimming, backpacking, and encouraging others to sing the school fight song as often as possible.
