Guests will be welcomed through the school yard into the St. Cecilia Durocher Pavillon (gym) to check-in and then enjoy a brief reception with refreshments and lite snacks. They will enjoy a brief presentation by the school and select students. Following the presentation the guests will be invited to walk over to the school building where they can visit their student(s) in their classrooms. Following their classroom visits the guests are welcome to mingle in the Pavillon, purchase SC spirit merchandise, and visit with other guests and friends. The students will be dismissed by 12:30pm.

NOTE: Guests should expect to use some stairs in order to visit their student(s) in the classroom(s).

Schedule of Events

• 10:00 - 10:30 AM: Check-in + Coffee
  Guests are invited to join us for refreshments in the school gym, Durocher Pavilion, hosted by St. Cecilia Mothers' Club.

• 10:30 - 10:35 AM: Welcome
  Fr. Rene, St. Cecilia Pastor, and Ms. Held, St. Cecilia’s Principal, kick-off the day with a brief welcome. 

• 10:35 - 11:00 AM: Student Presentation
  Our students will share a perspective on their St. Cecilia experience.

• 11:00 - 11:15 AM:  School Presentation
  Ms Held, St. Cecilia’s Principal, will highlight some of the what makes SC such a special school.

• 11:15 AM - 12:10 PM: School Open House
  Guests can visit the student(s) in their classrooms and tour the school building at their own pace. 

• 12 Noon - 12:30 PM: Dismissal
  TK - Grade 5 students: Pick up at 12:00 Noon directly from their classroom by a designated adult.
  
  Grades 6-8 students: Students will be dismissed through the front doors of the school. If they are getting picked up by a car, the student will walk around the corner to 18th Ave. and their parent or guest can pick them up from the 18th Ave. sidewalk.
