Qualified judges are selected by the Tablescaping Committee and are selected from local professionals and individuals who are experienced and highly qualified in their fields. Each year the committee may choose new judges or judges may evaluate different Divisions from year to year. The judges' decision is final.
Grand, Reserve, and Third will be awarded per division.
Public will vote on a People's Choice award for each division to be announced on Thursday evening at approximately 9 pm. Announcement will be made via social media and posted in the 4-H Exhibit Barn.

Judging criteria for formal and informal table settings is based modern American Standards for table setting. Judges' comments will be displayed on each table after judging is complete.

Winners may pickup non-ribbon awards during Entry Pickup (Friday evening 9-10 pm)
If an entry is disqualified after judging is complete, the judge will not change the states of awards given for other entries.
