Entry Delivery: Sunday, August 3

• Must be complete by 9 pm.

• Late deliveries will not be accepted.

Where to Deliver Entries

• The tablescaping competition will take place in the 4-H Exhibit Barn (far end)

Claim Checks

• Will be provided when exhibits are delivered. Contact Sara Cobb to collect your claim check (call/text 609-774-4488)

• Claim checks are required to pick up your entry on Entry Pickup Day.

Entry Pickup: Last day of fair (Friday, August 8) from 9-10 pm. 

• Claim check is required for pickup

• Unclaimed items and ribbons become the property of the Salem County 4-H Association as will be discarded.

• The Salem County 4-H Association is not responsible for exhibits left after 10 pm on pickup day.
