Members of TRTA/Starr County Retired School Employees Association (SCRSEA) met at Delia Gonzalez Garcia Elementary,  Roma ISD campus on November 21, 2024 to distribute books from TRTA Children’s Book Project.  This project is meant to distribute FREE books for  children who might not have access to reading material at home or in the community.
