By downloading, installing, or using Scrolly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Scrolly is a teleprompter application that displays scrolling text while recording video on your iOS device. The text overlay is visible only to the user and does not appear in recorded videos.
To use certain features of Scrolly, you must create an account using your email address or through third-party authentication services (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Scrolly offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Yearly Subscription (includes free trial)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
You retain all rights to the scripts and content you create in Scrolly. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App.
Use the App to create harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
Interfere with the App's operation or security.
Scrolly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lukas Meili and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lukas Meili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lukas Meili from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
